NOVA 48122 SELECT Precision Midi Direct thread 1-8TPI Wood Turning Chuck is a smaller 4 Jaw self-centering chuck that minimizes loads on small lathe spindles and bearings and suitable for smaller Wood lathes with up to 12 swing. With unique NOVA features such as auto stop, copper composite jaw slides, and 50mm 2 jaws as standard, this chuck is fully featured. The quick two handle operation makes it ideal for fast production turning of smaller pieces. Nova is the original 4 jaw scrolling chuck since 1988. PLEASE NOTE: This is a direct thread chuck and will not accept inserts, only spindle adapters.
