Item # B3540-11800BN4W, Standard Aluminum Liquid Level Gauge, 18 Centerline, 3/4 Male NPT AdaptersStandard Aluminum Liquid Level Gauges can be used to view liquid levels in hydraulic reservoirs, gearboxes, bearing housings, crankcases, transformers and machinery oil reservoirs. Their use can be extended to any industrial liquid level viewing application .This sturdy gauge is made of corrosion and rust resistant milled aluminum. The end pieces are permanently secured through a staking process. The unit tolerates up to 175 PSI and 225° F. The liquid viewing sight is glass. Leak-proof construction is achieved with Buna-N seals .Fluid enters through the cross hole in the hollow lower bolt. The gauge is vented into the tank through the cross hole in the hollow top bolt .The length between the center of the two bolts is referred to as the centerline. The distance between the center of the tank holes must be within 1/32 of the centerline measurement. This gauge is mounted from the front of the tank with 2 bolts with 3/4 Male NPT Adapters .
