Grade LE phenolic is a high-strength, thermoset, electrical-grade laminate composed of fine-weave cotton linen fabric impregnated with phenolic resin. It offers excellent electrical insulating properties, low moisture absorption, and superior machinability for creating intricate, small, or delicate mechanical components like gears, spacers, and bushings. Tradenames include Micarta.
