Description
The PARKER - 17G is a hose coupling with tool-free quick connect capability designed for pneumatic hose applications. It features a sleeve locking mechanism and includes a tubular valve to control air flow, enabling coupling/disconnection of hoses for a seal intended to help maintain fluid tightness when properly installed and used within stated pressure and temperature ratings. Constructed from steel with a trivalent chrome finish, this coupling is compatible with specified industrial interchange standards as applicable to the stated connection size and thread type. Its 1/2 inch coupling size and hose fitting size make it suitable for connecting 1/2 inch female NPT threaded hose fittings. Rated temperature range: -40°F to 250°F. Rated maximum working pressure: 300 psi (at 70°F), supporting efficient coupling/disconnection in pneumatic systems.
