The PARKER - 14-5B is a quick connect hose coupling designed for pneumatic applications, allowing connection and disconnection by using the push-to-connect sleeve locking mechanism without tools (per design). It features a push hose barb connection type with a sleeve locking mechanism, provides a sealed joint when installed to specification for compressed air lines. Constructed from steel with a trivalent chrome finish and nitrile seals, this coupling includes an integrated tubular valve to control airflow during connection. It is rated for use with 3/8 in hose inner diameter (per specification) and supports a maximum working pressure of 300 psi at 70°F. It has a specified maximum flow rate of 1,415.84 L/min when operated within -40°F to 250°F.
