The closing force measuring device is an electronic closing force measuring device for power-operated windows in the automotive sector. Typical areas of application are testing and production in the automotive industry. For this purpose, we have developed a device that is easy to use for repetitive measurements. Due to the requirements of various common standards, we offer the device with different spring stiffnesses. It is also increasingly used by technical monitoring institutions. Its uncompromising design combines precision with practical robustness and ensures accurate measurements even after years of use in harsh environments.For measurement set-ups in testing and production, quick and easy execution is of great importance. For this purpose, software has been developed that drastically reduces the measurement procedure and the effort required for documentation. With just a few operating steps, the measurements can be transferred to a PC, evaluated, exported and documented. We provide suitable interfaces e.g. Microsoft DLL or National Instruments LabVIEW for integration into an automated test sequence.
