High Density Polyethylene HDPE, 3/8in x 1/16in, 30 ft., Natural (Discontinued)

High Density Polyethylene HDPE is used in many different applications in both automotive and non-automotive pieces. It has a waxy feel, like low density polyethylene, but is stiffer and less flexible. You can find HDPE in fender liners, windshield washer bottles, and overflow tanks in automotive applications. In non-automotive applications, HDPE is used for ATV fenders, gas tanks, kayaks, canoes, playground equipment, and more. HDPE is naturally a translucent white color. No pigment has been added to this welding rod to get a better match when welding natural HDPE pieces. Each rod is 12 inches 30 cm long and 3/8th inch 9.5 mm wide by 1/16th inch 1.6 mm thick. There are 30 rods in a pack. Works with airless, hot-air, and nitrogen plastic welders.|Square edge profile resists curling during repair process.
