High Density Polyethylene HDPE Rod, 1/8in diameter, 30 ft., Green

High Density Polyethylene HDPE is used in many different applications in both automotive and non-automotive pieces. It has a waxy feel, like low density polyethylene, but is stiffer and less flexible. You can find HDPE in fender liners, windshield washer bottles, and overflow tanks in automotive applications. In non-automotive applications, HDPE is used for ATV fenders, gas tanks, kayaks, canoes, playground equipment, and more. HDPE is naturally a translucent white color. Green pigment has been added to this welding rod to get a better match when welding green HDPE pieces. This package contains 30 ft. 9.1 m of high density polyethylene HDPE plastic welding rod. Each rod is 12 inches 30 cm long and 1/8th inch in diameter and there are 30 rods in the pack. Works with airless, hot-air, and nitrogen plastic welders.|Rod diameter fits perfectly into the standard welding tip of Polyvance's Mini-Weld Airless Plastic Welder.
