With a special parabolic flute design making it possible to drill deeper holes in a single pass, QC91GM taper length drills have a titanium nitride coating for longer tool life and improved performance when drilling harder materials, and are manufactured from High Speed steel, suitable for drilling a variety of materials including steels, stainless steel and aluminum. The 135 degree split point reduces the downforce needed and helps with self-centering for more accurate holes. QC91GM taper length drills come in a range of metric diameters from 1.50 mm to 12.5 mm.
