This is a steel mortise latch assembly, with a 45 degree keyway. It features a diecast keeper and mounting housing, pocket design for wood, vinyl or aluminum doors with a zinc-plated finish. There is no adjusting of the hook lock on this model of mortise lock. The mounting holes are 3-9/16 inch on center, with a latch assembly that fits a 3/4 inch x 4-11/32 inch cut-out.
