Australian designed and manufactured, a revolutionary Recovery Guard for eye protection and comfort of small pets. Designed as an alternative to the Elizabethan Collar or Buster Collar, this product allows the animal 85% greater freedom of movement. Fits comfortably on the head, like a baseball cap, and moves with the animal rather than just hanging loosely around the animals neck. This unique design creates a barrier to stop the animal from accessing wounds or other conditions, even after surgery or trauma. Ears are outside the guard, which eliminates disorientation, helps the animal localize sounds, and eliminates the possibility of ear and yeast infection due to moisture. Incorporates a head rest which cushions and allows space between the inner surface of the Vizor and the animals face allowing for greater air flow and comfort. Adjustable side straps, increase the opening size for animals with a greater collar size. Peel off lines on the snout are an adjustment for animals with a shorter snout. Simply cut and peel off. Also designed to accommodate dogs with an occipital bone of prominence.
