• Ladder package includes: 1 Hook roller hardware kit, one 8 ft. Maple ladder, one 8 ft. rail, 2 rail end caps, 4 vertical hook rail brackets and required fasteners
• For an 8 ft. ladder, the center of the rail must be mounted at 91 in. H (from the floor)
• 8 ft. H x 16 in. W unfinished and ready-to-assembled Maple ladder
• Ladder hardware kit features an exclusive braking bottom wheels limit ladder movement while standing on ladder, the brakes will engage when as little as 75 lbs. is applied
• Stored position, there is 7 in. from the center of the rail to the top of the ladder
• Climbing position, there is 3 in. from the center of the rail to the top of the ladder
• Vertical HOOK rail brackets dimensions: 2-11/16 in. H x 23/32 in. W x 1-7/8 in. D with 2-1/16 in. cc between bracket hole centers
• Weight capacity 300 lbs.
• Do not mount rail brackets directly onto a drywall surface, always mount brackets to solid wood, predrilling the holes is advisable to avoid splitting the wood
