The Sanwa DCL3000R is a flexible clamp meter with True RMS capability.The DCL3000R has a unique design as it features a flexible conductor sensor that can be detached and looped around a wire or a conductor. The device is great for measuring currents across conductors in narrow spaces where a traditional clamp-meter might be difficult to use. This instrument is a True RMS AC clamp meter designed in compliance with IEC61010-1 CAT.IV 600V. It is suitable for measuring the current of electrical lines, and appliance power supply facilities operating on low voltages of no more than 600V. The device can measure a current of up to 3000 Amperes with accuracy of ± 3%+5 and has a maximum overload protection input of 5000 Amperes.The instrument features a 3150-count large display with backlight. It also features Data Hold, and Range Hold features along with Max/Min value hold feature. The DCL3000R consumes 20mW of power and also features an Auto-power save feature that turns off the device after 15 mins of no operation.Meter includes flexible conductor, carrying case and instruction manual.
