SHARPE valve series 2483 is an inline piston check valve configured for one-way flow applications and reverse-flow reduction in steam and process piping systems. Service classifications include corrosive, flammable media, and toxic service. It features a stainless steel valve body with a 1-1/2 in nominal size and mounting orientation: horizontal or vertical. The valve is rated for operating temperatures up to 650 Degrees F and pressures up to 975 psi.
