It is intended for one-way flow applications and backflow control in systems handling non-corrosives, oil, pipeline service, steam, and water. The carbon steel body, metal seat, and 0.06 psi cracking pressure make it suitable for piping systems requiring a 0.06 psi cracking pressure and operation within the listed pressure and temperature ratings.
