Packing Tape, Hot Melt, 1.6 mil, Clear, 2 in x 110 yd, 36PK

1.6 mil utility hot-melt packing tape designed for light- to medium-weight carton sealing, package repair, and bundling. The tape features biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) blown-film backing with a pressure-sensitive synthetic rubber/resin hot-melt adhesive for reliable adhesion to corrugated and linerboard boxes. Nominal performance values include 25 lbf/in tensile strength, 80% elongation at break, 32 oz/in adhesion to steel, and 5,000+ minutes shear to linerboard. The tape can be applied at temperatures from 45°F to 120°F and has an operating temperature range of -10°F to 140°F. Each roll has a nominal 2 in width with a 3 in core for use with common hand-held tape dispensers. Case includes 36 rolls. Complies with 21 CFR 175.105 for indirect-contact food-packaging applications and CID A-A-1684C.
