Each outlet socket has two poles and a ground. The connection terminals of this outlet socket are push-in termination and screw terminal. Its matching mounting box can be recessed into the surface of the wall for flush mounting. This receptacle is tamper resistant with discrete black shutters. This socket outlet has a black frame. The self-grounding feature is a brass ground contact which provides ground retention to metal boxes that eliminates the need to use a ground screw. This socket has a width of 1.42in (36mm), a height of 4.06in (103mm) and a depth of 1.06 (27mm). By satisfying the NEMA 5-15R, UL 498 standards, this socket outlet is cULus certified.
