Temperature Test Strips
Zoro supplies different types of one-time-use temperature test strips for different uses. For example, disposable test strips test the temperature of dishwashing water as a way to determine whether food safety regulations are being met, while other test strips are used to measure surface temperatures in various applications involving the monitoring of overheating instances. These test strips are typically called “irreversible labels” and feature an adhesive backing to attach the label to the surface to be measured. Dots on the label change color when a specific temperature is reached. As an aid to record keeping, the reading is irreversible and will not change back to its original color. Items vary by temperature grades, temperature range, number in a package and other considerations. For more on measuring temperature, see our thermometers, dial thermometers, and temperature probes.
