Description
The Thomas 270047 is an oil-free, single-cylinder piston air compressor with an articulated-piston design. It runs on 24V DC power at a rated 1/3 hp output, in a tankless configuration. The oil-free design means the compression chamber runs without lubricant. It provides a free-air delivery ranging from 0.95 CFM at 100 psi up to 2.2 CFM at 0 psi, and a maximum continuous pressure of 100 psi. It is rated at a maximum speed of 1,800 RPM, a full-load current of 18.5 A, and a measured sound level of 70 dBA (@ 100 psi). The operating temperature range is 32-104°F. Construction includes a cast iron cylinder, a permanent-magnet DC motor, and stainless steel valves. The motor is totally enclosed. Air connections are 1/4 in NPT inlet and outlet. Overall dimensions are 11.2 x 5.812 x 8.625 in (L x W x H). It ships without a power cord. Country of origin: United States.
