To use, turn the outer ring until you reach your desired time the TWIST counts from 1 second to 60 seconds, then 1 minute to 90 minutes, then push the play button. A digital display shows at a glance how much time remains. Visual flashing alert with optional volume control low/high/off. 1 AAA battery required for operation not included.
