The Toro 53854 Xtra Smart Wireless Weather Sensor synchronizes your watering schedule with actual weather conditions, saving water and money as a result. The sensor automatically links to your Xtra Smart EC-Xtra Timer (sold separately) to automatically suspend watering when it rains and automatically increase watering when it's too dry or too hot. The Xtra Smart Wireless Weather Sensor also prevents ice hazards to plants and walkways during freezing weather.
