900 Series UL 36 in. Grade 1 Heavy Duty 3-Point Surface Vertical Rod Mortise Panic Exit Device

The Trans-Atlantic VR931 series "Surface Vertical Rod" exit device is suitable for aluminum, wood or hollow metal single and double mortise lock doors. Its' appropriate for commercial and industrial easy egress applications where heavy duty usage is anticipated such as schools, medical buildings, business environments and more. Moreover, it fits with doors up to 36 in. wide where spring latches are loaded. The exterior trim is sold separately. These series have been created for the highest of industry standards with UL10C fire-rated, Grade 1 and ADA compliant. Item is only available in Aluminum finish.
