Flow Rail, 5, Staggered Plastic Wheels

The Ultimation galvanized flow rail measuring 5 long with 20 staggered plastic skate wheels can be used to quickly build your own flow rack system. Available in 10 and 5 sections, this heavy-duty flow rail conveyor skate wheel system uses rollers to smoothly move pallets, cartons or parts of nearly any type. This heavy-duty galvanized flow rail can support up to 200-pounds per linear foot when the load rating is fully distributed, making the maximum load capacity 1,000-pounds for an evenly distributed load. The plastic skate wheels have a 1-15/16in diameter, giving this flow rail a 2-1/2in top of roller height from the mounted surface. These flow rails are often used to create simple gravity conveyors, or as side guides for motorized roller conveyors. These flow rails are great to use on pick-up trucks and trailer beds, and are a cost-effective alternative to bed slides or cargo glides.
