Gravity Conveyor, 18W x 5'L, 1.5in Dia. Rollers

These gravity roller conveyors include the conveyor frames and rollers. Legs if required are sold separately. These conveyors are excellent for both permanent and temporary conveyor lines often found in warehouses, shipping departments and assembly areas. Gravity curves and spur options can add to the versatility of straight conveyors. Use these sections of 5 long conveyors to provide rolling support surfaces either individually or in pairs side by side. The rollers sit approximately 1/4in higher than the frame, allowing the load to protrude over the sides or ends as required. This gravity conveyor is engineered with a 18in overall width from outside of the frame to the outside of the opposite frame, 16in between frame width the distance inside the frames from one side to the other, and 5' overall length. Equipped with a 12 Ga. steel frame measuring 2-1/2in deep x 1in flange, powder-coated in Ultimation Blue, and 1.5in diameter rollers on 6in roller centers, this conveyor has a maximum load capacity of 530-pounds when the frame is fully supported.
