Valley Craft’s HVAC Hand Truck is the perfect solution for handling large or palletized loads. Commonly used for large heating and cooling units, this hand truck makes transporting bulky loads safer and more efficient by using a heavy gauge, 4-wheel, ergonomic design.
(2) 24” steel extended forks provide stable handling for large items or palletized loads. Depending on load and preference, operators have two ergonomic handling options; using the rubber grip twin handles, or the loop handle which is also used to easily break-over heavy loads. Simply maneuver your HVAC truck over various terrain on (4) premium pneumatic wheels; (2) 12” front pneumatic, and (2) 8” rear swivel semi-pneumatic. Load capacity is 600 lbs. and the built-in over-sized fenders help improve stability while adding protection for large, wider loads. An optional 15’ nylon safety strap is available for added security (sold separately).
The foot operated trip spring allows the forks to fold up or down for improved handling and convenient storage. When the forks are folded up it takes up less storage space, especially if stored against a wall or in a delivery truck. When the forks are folded down, it allows the operator to conveniently push the hand truck while on 4 wheels and have the forks on the ground to slide under your load. The operator can then tilt the hand truck up to lock the forks in place and tilt back to simply break-over the load and begin transport.
