1/2in Relief Valve UL/FM 50-200 PSI

The 1/2in P4000A Pressure Relief Valve protects against excessive pressure buildup in fire protection or other closed type system applications where thermal expansion, pumps, or elevated piping could cause destructive pressure rise. The P4000A is an adjustable direct acting pressure relief valve that senses upstream pressure and automatically opens the valve when the pressure rises above the set pressure. As the upstream pressure drops below the set pressure, it closes drip tight within close limits. Features include a cast bronze valve body and cover, and stainless steel stem and seat for corrosion-resistance. It has a standard adjustability from 20 psi to 200 psi, and a maximum inlet pressure of 300-psi.
