Description
These Grade G flange nuts feature a prevailing torque all-metal locking design that distorts the top threads to provide superior resistance to loosening under extreme vibration and heat. Manufactured from medium carbon alloy steel and heat-treated for high-strength applications, they are specifically engineered to meet the proof load requirements of Grade 8 bolts. The integrated flange increases the bearing surface area, effectively distributing clamping force while eliminating the need for a separate washer.
