Description
The ZORO SELECT - 4HWU9 is a 4-inch slip-on flange made from 316 stainless steel, intended for welded piping connections according to standard practices. It features a bore slightly larger than the pipe outside diameter, allowing it to slip over the pipe before being tack-welded and fillet-welded on both inside and outside surfaces. This flange type is suitable for systems operating within the specified pressure and temperature limits, and is rated for use within pressure ranges specified by Class 150. It is suitable for use with air, natural gas, non-potable water, propane, and steam systems when installed in accordance with applicable standards, and conforms to ANSI B16.5 and ASTM A182 standards.
