The Amylose Resin is an affinity matrix which specifically binds proteins fused to maltose-binding protein (MBP). When using the Amylose Resin with the MBP-Spin Protein Miniprep Kits, proteins can be purified within 6 minutes. 100 μl of Amylose Resin typically bind 400 μg of fusion protein which can be eluted with maltose. For use with MBP-Spin Protein Miniprep Kit.
