Ultra pure dATP can be used in nucleotide mixtures to generate PCR amplicons using ZymoTaq, QuestTaq or other DNA polymerases. dATP is ultra pure; >99% trisphosphate as determined by HPLC analysis.Readily incorporates into PCR amplicons with ZymoTaq or other DNA polymerases. Free of endo/exo-deoxyribonucleases, ribonucleases, and phosphatases.
