This AC WORKS brand transfer‐switch inlet box is a durable, heavy‐duty power‐input device constructed with thick metal to withstand harsh outdoor conditions. It features a NEMA L14‐30P 30‐amp, 125/250‐volt 4‐prong locking inlet, making it ideal for emergency backup, temporary power, and generator‐to‐transfer‐switch connections. The inlet box includes two combination 1/2" and 3/4" knockouts plus five replaceable knockouts, with included plates offering 1/2", 3/4", and 1‐1/2" options. It supports 10 AWG copper wire for 30A and 8 AWG for 40A installations. For conduit fittings, search online for “Conduit Hub Accessory” for the top access port and “Electrical Conduit Accessories” for the side ports. GE and Midwest brand raintight hubs fit the top port.
