This AC WORKS brand transfer switch inlet box is a heavy‐duty, thick‐metal power inlet designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions including rain, sleet, snow, and ice. It features a CS6375 / NEMA SS2‐50P 50‐amp, 125/250‐volt 4‐prong locking male inlet, making it ideal for generator transfer switches, emergency backup power, and temporary power systems. The inlet box can be installed indoors or outdoors; however, your generator must never operate inside the home. The housing includes two combination 1/2" and 3/4" knockouts plus five replaceable knockout plates offering 1/2", 3/4", and 1‐1/2" options for flexible conduit routing. The top access port accepts GE and Midwest raintight hubs. For accessories, search online for “Conduit Hub Accessory” and “Electrical Conduit Accessories”-AC WORKS does not carry inlet‐box conduit fittings. This inlet box is cETLus certified, NEMA 3R rated, and backed by a 5‐year limited warranty.
