This AC WORKS brand transfer switch inlet box is built with heavy‐duty thick metal designed to withstand harsh outdoor environments. The inlet features a NEMA L5‐30P 30‐amp, 125‐volt, 3‐prong locking plug, making it ideal for generators, emergency backup systems, and temporary‐power applications. The enclosure includes two combination 1/2" and 3/4" knockouts plus five replaceable knockouts, with included plates offering 1/2", 3/4", and 1‐1/2" options for flexible conduit routing. The top access port accepts GE and Midwest raintight hubs, and customers can search online for “Conduit Hub Accessory” and “Electrical Conduit Accessories” for compatible fittings. This inlet box is NEMA 3R rated, providing resistance to rain, sleet, snow, and ice formation. It is cULus E237606 and cETLus certified, ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards.
