Description
The AIGNEP USA - 80191-04 is a quick connect hose coupling designed for supports quick connection and disconnection using a sleeve locking mechanism of hoses within compressed air systems and air tools. Constructed from brass with a nickel-plated finish, this coupling provides a joint with a sealing mechanism intended to limit air leakage during properly performed connection using a sleeve locking mechanism and a poppet valve that controls air flow during connection. It features a 1/4 in body size and coupling size with a male hose fitting, compatible with 1/4 in NPT male connections and universal interchange according to the stated specifications. The coupling has a maximum rated flow rate of 595 L/min and is rated for working pressures up to 250 psi at 70°F at 70°F, is rated for operation within 0°F to 160°F.
