The ASCO 8262H232 is a direct-acting, normally closed solenoid valve designed to control the flow of air, inert gases, light oil, and water. It features a brass body and NBR sealing material, enabling it to operate within ambient temperatures ranging from 14°F to 140°F and fluid temperatures up to 180°F. This valve is suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting orientations and includes a coil with an H insulation class, rated for 24V DC operation. The valve supports a maximum pressure differential of 340 psi for air/inert gases, 215 psi for light oil, and 300 psi for water, with Minimum differential pressure: 0 psi. It is equipped with NPTF threaded inlet and outlet connections sized at 1/4 inch nominal pipe size and has dimensions approximately 3-1/8 in height, 1-9/16 in length, and 1-15/16 in width.
