The ASCO SC8210G002 is a pilot-operated, normally closed solenoid valve engineered for automated control of fluid and gas flow. Constructed with a brass body and NBR seals, it accommodates air, inert gases, light oil, and water with a maximum fluid temperature of 180°F. This valve is designed with a 5/8 inch orifice and a nominal pipe size of 1/2 inch, featuring NPTF inlet and outlet connections. Its 2-way/2-position configuration supports flow control by opening or closing the path via an energized solenoid coil, which is included. Mounting is recommended in a vertical orientation.
