As part of a complete drainage system, the catch basin captures surface water and directs it to drain pipes which carry the water to a discharge point downstream such as a pop-up emitter, or to percolate into the ground with a dry well or infiltration trench. Basin is made of polypropylene, a type of plastic, treated with UV inhibitors. Built-in sump is easy to access and clean. Choose from a variety of compatible grates to block debris from your drainage system; load rating will vary based on type of grate selected.
