The BROAN-NUTONE AE110 is a ceiling-mounted bathroom exhaust fan designed for ducted ventilation in rooms up to 105 sq. ft. It delivers 110 CFM airflow at 0.100 in. SP to help remove moisture, and it operates at 1.0 sone. This model is built with a galvanized steel housing, a white polymeric grille, and a permanently lubricated motor for continuous operation. It is installed from the room side and does not require attic access.
