The Burndy PAT644LI is a cordless, battery-powered crimping tool from the PATRIOT 644 series, built for electrical wire and cable crimping. It delivers 11 tons of force through a latching crimp head and uses a dieless, range-taking system, so a single head covers a broad conductor range without changing dies. An auto-cycle function drives each crimp to completion with an approximate 2-second cycle time.

Key Features:

• The tool crimps copper from 6 AWG up to 1,000 kcmil, aluminum up to 900 kcmil, and copper flex up to 777 kcmil, and is compatible with copper, aluminum, copper flex, AAC, AAAC, ACAR, and ACSR conductors. It is rated to ANSI C119.4 and UL 486A-B (UL Listed), with UL 486A-B connection capability for Burndy connectors.
