The Exitronix QMR Series Micro LED Emergency Unit delivers reliable emergency illumination in a compact, economical design suited for commercial and institutional applications. The low-profile fixture combines energy-efficient LED technology with dependable emergency lighting performance to help maintain safe building egress during power outages. The unit features two fully adjustable round LED lamp heads that provide targeted illumination along exit routes and safety pathways. Each lamp head uses long-life, high-intensity LEDs rated at 0.5 watts, offering efficient illumination while reducing energy consumption and maintenance requirements. Constructed with injection-molded UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant thermoplastic housing, the QMR Series offers durable performance while maintaining a compact and contemporary appearance. The enclosure is designed for commercial environments and is suitable for damp locations. The fixture operates on 120/277VAC dual-voltage input and includes a maintenance-free 3.6-volt nickel-cadmium battery. In the event of a power interruption, the emergency lighting system automatically activates and provides a minimum 90-minute run time to support life-safety code compliance. The QMR Series mounts easily to a standard junction box and is designed for surface wall installation.
