It features a twist-lock mechanism with 3 poles and 4 wires, rated for 50 amps at 125/250V AC. The connector is constructed with a nylon housing and thermoplastic polyester interior; see specifications for material properties. Suitable for use with stranded copper wire ranging from #10 AWG to #6 AWG, it accommodates cable diameters between 0.83" and 1.25".
