Description

The HUBBELL 4-PLEX Receptacle is a quad outlet, flush mount device rated for 20A and 125V AC. Constructed to meet hospital grade requirements, it features four NEMA 5-20R outlets in a single gang configuration. The receptacle uses back wired screw terminals to accommodate #12 AWG copper conductors and includes an anchor hole and loop feature for secure wire termination. Its polycarbonate housing provides impact resistance as specified by manufacturer standards, while the unit is grounded and certified to CSA C22.2 No. 42, NEMA WD-6, and UL498 standards.
