Description
The INTERSTATE PNEUMATICS CA663Z-D6 is an automotive coupler designed as a quick-connect fitting that enables tool-free attachment of hoses to mating plugs or nipples. It features a coupler x barb connection type with a 3/8" body size and a 3/8 in barb size, suitable for use with pneumatic or fluid lines in vehicle maintenance settings. The coupler employs a ball-lock mechanism and adheres to the True-Flate Automotive interchange standard, is compatible with True-Flate Automotive interchange standard fittings (as specified by that interchange standard). Constructed primarily of steel with a zinc-plated finish, has a zinc-plated steel body coating suitable for corrosive environments and oil exposure, as applicable to the selected materials and finish. The sealing is done with Buna-N (Nitrile) material, is rated for operation within -40 to 212°F.
