It boasts a non-abrasive 1-step formula that is easy to apply and removes dirt grime mold food residue blood and other organic matter. It also kills viruses and 99.9% of bacteria and is an effective way to control mildew growth. The 18 oz. aerosol can makes it convenient to apply on affected areas.**Application is a simple process. After the equipment is shut off and heavy soil is removed apply the product until the area is covered with foam and allow it to remain in contact for 10 minutes.
