The PARKER - 16E is a quick-connect hose coupling designed for pneumatic applications; provides connection/disconnection using a quick-connect coupling mechanism (no tools required for coupling/uncoupling). It features a sleeve locking mechanism intended to form a sealing joint under specified working conditions and includes a tubular valve to control airflow. Constructed from steel with a trivalent chrome finish, it supports hose fitting sizes of 3/8 in and a coupling size of 1/2 in with NPT male connection threads. This is compatible with Tru-Flate-Automotive interchange (per listed interchange standard) and has a maximum working pressure of 300 psi at 70°F and a maximum flow rate of 3,114.85 liters per minute. Seals made from nitrile. The product is rated for operation within a temperature range of -40°F to 250°F.
