Description
Parker's Plug Valves have an extruded brass body and a one piece Acetal copolymer handle and stem. To assure sealability and reliable performance, the valve must be installed so that the flow media travels in the direction of the arrow on the valve handle. Plug valves are a quarter turn, on or off. A stainless steel stopping pin in the body provides a positive stop action for full shutoff. Quadruple Nitrile o-rings on the stem provides positive sealing. All plug valves are 100% leak tested and are certified to be leak free to one SCCM.
