Description

The closing force measuring device is an electronic measuring device for sliding roofs, automatic window lifters and tailgates in the automotive sector. Typical applications are manufacturing, development and production tests in the automotive industry. The closing force gauge with its low spring stiffness was developed to test soft elements that are clamped into a closing system. The device excels with easy handling for repetitive measurements. Its uncompromising design combines precision with practical robustness and ensures accurate readings even after years of use in harsh environments. For measurement set-ups in testing and manufacturing, quick and easy execution is of great importance. For this purpose, software has been developed that drastically reduces the measurement procedure and the effort required for documentation. With just a few operating steps, the measurements can be transferred to a PC, evaluated, exported and documented. We provide suitable interfaces e.g. Microsoft DLL or National Instruments LabVIEW for integration into an automated test sequence.
