The videoscope PCE-VE 1500-60500 with the high-resolution camera, the camera diameter of only 6 mm and the five-meter-long camera cable is particularly suitable for inspecting the inside of pipelines, large vessels or machine components. The practical functions for marking and annotating the captured images directly with the touch screen considerably reduce the effort for the subsequent documentation of the found condition. The robust design and the high degree of protection IP 67 of the camera cable allow it to be used even under difficult conditions. Camera and camera cable may even be immersed in water, salt water or oil for up to 30 minutes during the inspection. All videoscopes of this series can be operated very comfortably by means of function keys, touch screen and joystick. The handle fits so securely and comfortably in the hand that the image trigger, joystick and almost all function keys can also be operated with the same hand. Depending on the space available and accessibility of the examination site, however, a tripod, a magnetic holder or the shoulder strap can also be used to keep the hands free and still have the display in view. Camera features The camera on this videoscope is front-facing and has a very wide 120 deg. angle of view. The field of view can be illuminated by switching on LEDs. This illumination can be adjusted to the environment in six steps at the touch of a button so that details are clearly visible. The high resolution of the camera, the large angle of view and the focus range of 10 to 100 mm enable meaningful and detailed images.
