Spectrum sound meter, 20-130 dB with Leq, 1/3-octave filters, AC output

Our Decibel Meter is specially designed to precisely detect and measure short, pulse-like noises such as explosions, blows or bangs. The Decibel Meter records sound levels within a range from 20 to 130 dB, with three manual measurement ranges available. Our Decibel Meter offers various measurement functions such as Hold, Max and Leq in order to visualise the sound level in the best possible way. For an accurate time weighting, the Decibel Meter supports the settings Fast, Slow and Pulse as well as the A, C and Z frequency weightings. This allows sound within the frequency range from 20 to 8000 Hz to be recorded in a filtered manner. Equipped with an integrated 1/2-inch condenser microphone and an RS-232 interface, the device offers a wide range of applications. Its short response time makes it possible to reliably register sudden sound pressure peaks. The internal memory function allows the storage of up to 800 individual measurements as well as regular measurements over a period of up to 6 days, which can be saved automatically. The Decibel Meter fulfils several standards: IEC 61672-1, GB/T3785.2-2010 and JJG 188-2017, all in class II - making it the ideal choice for standard-compliant measurements. It can accurately capture the rapid fluctuations in sound levels and is therefore important for noise control measurements, peak sound level assessment and industrial and environmental compliance.
