Description
The ultrasonic flowmeter offers a measuring range of +/-32 m/s with high accuracy and reproducibility. Accuracy is rated at +/-1.5% f.s. for pipe diameters DN ≥50 and +/-3.5% f.s. for pipe diameters DN <50, with reproducibility of +/-0.5% f.s.
An installation aid helps position the sensors correctly by graphically displaying signal quality and sensor spacing. After entering pipe and medium specifications, the flowmeter displays flow velocity, volume flow, and volume in multiple units including m3, l, gal, igl, mgl, cf, bal, ib, and ob.
The built-in data logger allows measured values to be recorded with adjustable storage intervals from 1 second to 12 hours. Data is stored on the integrated 32 GB memory, supporting up to 10 million measuring points.
Optional software enables users to read, analyze, and export measurement data in table, graph, CSV, or PDF report formats. The software also supports live viewing of measured values and simplified device configuration.
For heat quantity measurement, two additional thermocouples are required and are available with the PCE-TDS 200+. By measuring flow and return temperatures along with flow rate, the device can calculate heat quantity and associated energy costs.
The ultrasonic flowmeter features a 2.8" LC color display for easy readability and is optionally available with ISO or DAkkS calibration certificates.
